During your first visit, your technician will help you set up or adjust the personalization settings on your Lexus vehicle, take you on a vehicle walk-around to help you get to know your vehicle better, visually inspect all under the hood components, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

They will also road test your vehicle to ensure it’s performing precisely as it should.

At the 8,000 kilometer interval or every six months, at minimum, Lexus certified technicians will inspect your wiper blades, your engine and cabin air filters, and check and top-up all fluids, then they’ll take care of your tires starting with checking and recording tread depth and inspecting them for any damaged or uneven wear.

As per your vehicle specifications, we will rotate your tires or if it’s that time of the year, recommend you switch them out for more seasonally appropriate tires.
