Should you ever encounter trouble on the road, using the vehicle’s onboard cellular and GPS technology, a live 24/7 response centre agent will soon have assistance on the way.

Stolen Vehicle Locator

Should your Lexus ever be stolen, Stolen Vehicle Locator can help you with its potential recovery. If your Lexus has been stolen please follow these steps:

  1. Report vehicle theft to Police and obtain details including report number, officer’s name and badge number
  2. Contact Lexus at 1-800-265-3987 (24/7)
  3. Provide call centre agent with Police report details
  4. Safety Connect’s Stolen Vehicle Locator will work directly with local authorities to determine your vehicle’s location

If your vehicle is located, you will be contacted by the reporting officer.

Emergency Assistance (SOS)

With Safety Connect, you have access to a 24/7 response center that can deploy emergency services with the push of a button.

Enhanced Roadside Assistance (An active roadside assistance plan is required.)

Using the SOS button, you can have roadside assistance sent directly to your vehicle’s exact location.

Automatic Collision Notification

Automatically takes action to assist you should your airbags ever deploy or if a severe collision is detected.
